The juicy steaks that are prepared on the lava grill at Steakhouse 21 in Dornbirn come from happy Angus cattle that are bred in Argentina. The menu also includes classic side dishes, tasty varieties of fish and different salads. The ‘Dry Aged Beef’, which becomes incredibly tender after its maturing period of 72 days, is one of the restaurant’s specialities. It goes without saying, of course, that a good piece of steak needs to be accompanied by a glass of wine. And it’s not difficult to find the right companion to go with the dishes from within the extensive range of wines. The large covered sun terrace is a popular meeting place in Dornbirn’s city centre, particularly at lunchtime.
