Hotel Restaurant Zum Verwalter

Zum Verwalter – a small and fine boutique hotel in Dornbirn Oberdorf – presents itself as an alternative to large business hotels. The listed half-timbered building has been lovingly restored and, since completion of the work, the hotel has been attracting guests with excellent cuisine and modern hospitality in its historic setting. The dishes served are prepared with high-quality, regional and locally sourced ingredients. The new bistro with open-view kitchen is just the place to enjoy a small snack between meals and a well-deserved drink after work. The restaurant’s walk-in wine cellar is home to its true treasures: around 9,000 bottles from France, Italy and other European countries.
